He determined the junction box wouldn't hold the weight of the new chandelier and installed one that would. Chandelier install went great. He moved forward to installing electrical two wall sconces in the dining room. Going into this project I was fulling expecting the whole wall to require drywall repair. In the end, I have one small, very neat, hole in the kitchen that will need repair. The chandelier had two single wall switches in the dining room. He placed a dimmer on one switch and on the second he changed it out to two switches. One for the chandelier and one for the two wall sconces. This exceeded my expectations for the room. He wrapped up the day by installing a new bar light fixture of the vanity. TJ is a thoughtful and talented electrician. I'm more than pleased with the work performed and would recommend Fairway Electric."
