They also stand behind their work. I also wanted a full basement assessment thinking I had larger issues than the two leaks that we had so far. Dave, the owner, came out to do a professional inspection. I was ready to spend some money to solve my issues. However, he was very honest and said I donâ t think you have a basement issue. He did point out some air flow issues, which led to the drafts in my basement. I was thinking the air was coming from my basement walls and needed to be seal but he suggested better insulation and told me how to do it myself even though itâ s a service they offer. He was willing to do the work but his primary goal was to get the job done correctly at the most affordable price to me. He really wants the best outcome for his customers even if that means he is not making money. He truly understands the concept of a long-term relationship rather than making a quick sell. Dave and his company are amazing. If you have a water leaking issue, he will take care of it. If you donâ t have an issue, he will be very upfront and honest with you.
