"He was nice but late 2 out of 2 times. He wasn't able to complete all the jobs requested in my list that was sent ahead of time due to lack of materials. I felt he took longer than necessary on jobs. So he had 4 hours but had to come back a second time and didn't have all the correct materials needed again. He installed 2 sweeps incorrectly. They came off because they were installed by the screws put in between the gap in the door and old weather strip. I contacted the owner and went back and forth with him for weeks. The work still hasn't been fixed and I don't think it will be."
