"Jeff came and looked at the job. Assessed the work, materials and cost. Within a few days we had a planned day and time. He worked into a Friday evening, finished the job in a timely manner, and stuck with the original quote. He was comfortable to work with, used his time well and cleaned up nicely upon completing the work. I would definitely recommend him and hire Jeff again."

Handyman
"I contacted him Friday he came and looked at the project and installed the door the following Monday. He went above and beyond remove the dry rotted boards that were damaged and not only replaced the wood but put flashing on to ensure it would not be an issue in the future. Also no pressure salesman did not try to sell us things we didnâ t need and prices are consistent with other providers. Very respectful and answered not only my questions but my curious children. Definitely hiring him again for any handyman projects we have."

"Waseem gave me an appointment within 2 days! He fixed 3 things for me. Running toilet, leaking bathroom pipe and a broken dishwasher. All in 2 hours! He was very friendly and explained everything to me. His price was super reasonable that I gave him more since he is worth so much more. Do not hesitate to hire this professional! I certainly will again. Thanks Waseem!"

A truly skilled, well-equipped professional with a truck full of parts that charges $100 an hour can be a much wiser choice than an inexperienced hack, working with inadequate tools and no parts, but charging much less. Often, more experienced professionals get the job done quickly with warrantied work.
2. Compare Travel ChargesRates reflect travel times. Travel charges can have a big impact on your costs and are in some ways easier to compare than hourly rates. Many electricians spend a third or more of their time navigating traffic on their way to a jobsite. Every contractor must find a way to pay for the expense of driving each day.
3. Bundle Repair Jobs TogetherWhen you feel it’s time to call a pro, review your list and then conduct a mini-inspection of your home. Look for faulty switches and dysfunctional or crowded outlets. When the electrician comes, you’ll save money and time by getting everything taken care of at once.
