"I have had Ehrhardt plumbing for numerous plumbing jobs. The Roman Tub Faucet installation was probably the least successful job but still OK. The tech left and the faucet was on a constant drip/flow. I had to call and have the tech return. He said he needed a replacement part. Since the faucet was one I had ordered online -and from company Ehrhardt does not deal with, I needed to find it. I eventually did. The drip fortunately stopped. I still wanted someone to come and recheck it -- didn't seem to work that great. I was told I would have to pay for the recheck. I was disappointed considering I have been a good loyal customer. I opted not to have him come. Previously they have replaced two hot water heaters. I would still call them because for the most part the service has been satisfactory."

My home warranty company in house plumbers had told me my main line sewer line had to be replaced (to deny a home repair a camera diagnostic). Replacing the main sewer line would have cost somewhere between $6,500 - $10,000. Artie and I met and reviewed my options.
