"It went very well. The technician was prompt in is arrival and spent a considerable amount of time checking things and educating me. There was only a minor amount of mold and he recommended a product I could purchase at the hardware store. He did find some mold in a bathroom and suggested removing the carpet in there and replacing it with tile, which we have done. He did not charge for is services. When I questioned him about this he said next time I would be sure to call them and I will."
