"I have done a number of renovations over the last 2 yrs to my fixer upper condo and was now ready to tackle the Master bathroom renovation. I got 8 estimates before deciding on G and D Construction. This decision was based on my comfort level when 1st meeting Paul as well as the ‘detailed’ and fair estimate he provided. He was very patient in answering all my questions prior to starting the project and always responded to my messages very timely. My bathroom is approximately 30 yrs old and once the walls were down, there were some additional expenses which Paul reviewed with me and made sure I understood and agreed to the additional costs. My renovation included installing a new whirlpool tub with a heater, new shower, floor and toilet. Although I thought I had a perfect design, the MTI oval bathtub I had purchased was too large for my original design. I thought I was going to have to purchase another tub, but Paul assured me we would work it out. Paul and John suggested another design option which I liked much better than my original design and it also enabled me to have a larger shower. Paul and John were punctual each morning and Paul made sure I was updated at the beginning and end of each day. We worked thru all obstacles together and he was more than willing to comply with my every wish. Each member of his team was a pleasure to work with. Although it took a little longer than expected (2 wks vs 1 wk) and my house is very dusty, I am in love with my new bathroom!! The look exceeds my expectation. In a couple of months, I want Paul to renovate my second bathroom. I wish I had known him 2 years ago when I started my renovations. If you want an honest, dependable, detailed and experienced contractor, give GandD a call. This is the longest review I’ve ever done (LOL), but it is so deserving."

"Backyard custom construction LLC. Is awesome. Not only did they kill everyone's prices around Atlanta to build the same building but they are extremely efficient. Everyone else I contacted gave me quotes for over $4000.00 dollars. Dustin quoted me over the phone by text and on a live call $2930.00 and then I added 2 stairs to the building which only cost an additional $50.00. I'm completely amazed at how fast these guys were. It only took 5 1/2 hours to build and clean up. Thanks guys I will be passing your name to everyone I know that wants a building built."

"It was such a pleasure to have Mr. Gorman and his sons work on this project. I ended up selecting a more complicated tile pattern and he was very helpful in letting me know how much product to buy. Even though the job ended up taking longer because of the pattern, he was very pleasant and honoured his quote. I ended up giving him a little more because they had worked so late one day to get finished. They cleaned up every day and were very punctual. Very nice family and the kitchen looks amazing!!!"

He was a little on the pricey side compared to other estimates we received but having worked with another contractor you definitely get what you pay for - what he charged was well worth the peace of mind that we were not being ripped off and had complete and quality results at the end. Workers were professional and besides the occasional noise we hardly knew they were there. Quality of work and attention to details was great. We had some unforeseen delays but with most construction contracts we kind of expected it. The difference was that Rob kept us informed every step of the way.
