He painted it inside and out, fixed the leaking roof, repaired the damage to our wood siding from a woodpecker, installed new appliances, installed wood flooring, and totally redid our bathrooms and laundry room. We are real happy with them. We have had them out three different times. We could not figure the thermostat out so we had to have them come out a couple of times to show us. Then they came out and replaced the filters and that kind of stuff. They have always been really timely and do a good job, I mean, they are there within a couple of hours. It was a pretty good deal. They were right there and they did not leave until the job was done. They took us down stairs and showed us everything and explained it to us. We called them and we had the problem and it was on a Sunday. We bought into for $99 they supply all of the filters for the year and then they come out and do the spring and fall checks for free. All of our trip charges are free for anything we do. He said he would fit us in since we are a member and all of that, even with it being Sunday.  He said he would rearrange some things and I said they did not have to do that so they were out there the very next day.  They are right on time or early.
