Usually, the two most important questions you want to be answered are? What?s wrong? ?And? How much is it going to cost? At Luke's Plumbing, we don?t have a problem giving you a price over the phone. Many Houston homeowners who call us are frustrated because they have called other Houston plumbing service companies and have gotten a run-around when it came to getting a price. It is sad to admit that our industry is plagued with plumbers who intentionally will not give you a price or even a ballpark estimate over the phone because they want to get in your home where they can pressure you face to face into spending more than you should. One of the highest numbers of complaints to consumer protection agency is for home improvement and service companies.. Plumbing license: MPL 37466. A/C license: TACLB 53102E. "They came promptly to repair a busted outdoor pipe leading to a water faucet. They charged a very fair rate and did a courtesy by adding a convenient shut-off where there was none previously. I will call these folks again for any future plumbing needs."

"Called on a Wednesday for appointment, they said the earliest would be Thursday morning. Thursday morning they called and said they could come out around noon. They were right on time, found the leak quickly and repaired it. Agustin was very quick, competent and friendly. I would use them again."

"Kris Aylor from 1-800-Plumber of Pearland is the technician who did the work replacing my water heater tank. He is very detailed and did excellent work completing the work within 3-4 hours. He also fixed other three plumbing issues I had not related to the water heater. I was very happy with the way he took care of my plumbing issues. I also found the cost with 1-800-Plumber much lower than other major plumbing company who gave me their free estimate. Kris also gave me a one year free Home Guard membership worth $199 for annual inspection and maintenance of AC, Heater, water heater and other plumbing related items. I will definitely use 1-800-Plumber for any future plumbing issues I may have."

"Nickâ s Plumbing did a great job replacing/installing a new water heater. They were knowledgeable, prompt, neat, and safety-conscientious."

"I have used this company before for my hot water heater install. 2 for 2 on service."

"The repair went well. He was very efficient and overall he knew what he needed to do and he did it. We are very satisfied the service in all. He also helped us mount our thermostat on the wall. Just as a courtsey. But it was well appreciated."

"Called Saturday morning to fix the water leak. Promised to come between 3.00 to 5 PM and showed up at 3.05 PM.
Fixed the water leak problem. Prompt service at reasonable price.
