"My 93 year old, legally blind mother lives in St. Louis; I live in Virginia.  When she called to tell me about the accident, I knew it would be difficult for her to arrange for the repairs and that I would have to handle them long distance (due to my husband's health issues that precluded traveling.) So I choose to go with her insurance's (USAA) Direct Repair Program ?PDRP?, instead of personally researching and getting estimates from multiple companies.  Fortunately, USAA's preferred contractor for the project was Woodard, also an Angie's A Rated contractor.  Thanks to the Woodard team the project was accomplished without incident and in a timely manner.  The Woodard team was professional, prompt, and responsive and the house looks as good, if not better, than it did prior to the accident.  Brandon, the Superintendent, and Paul, the Project Manager, were exceptional at keeping me informed of the status of the project.  I couldn't have know more if I had physically been on site.  They went above and beyond - they sent me pictures so that I could see for myself the damage and later the finished project and even sent pictures and some measurements of damage to personal property so that I could complete that portion of the claim.  My mother was also very pleased with the entire Woodard team. She is planning on using Woodard to clean the rest of her carpeting sometime in the near future.  I would not hesitate to use Woodard in the future or to recommend them to others.  Our thanks to the entire Woodard team for doing an outstanding job.   <br /> <br />"

"We had water damage in our living room on the ceiling and wall above our fireplace was told by our insurance adjuster than it was the flashing that caused the water problem. I found Clean Sweep on Angie's List. I called Clay and he came out to take a look at the chimney. He came by as scheduled while I was at work. He was unable to ascertain for certain that it was the chimney causing the problem. With fall approaching, he is very busy so we set up a follow-up for a Saturday morning so we could be present. He had to remove the cover on the chimney to further inspect. He took photos of where he believes the problem is for us to see. He did a temporary fix to see if it is truly the trouble spot before letting us spend money on a permanent fix. We are waiting until next big rain, if no further leaking occurs, we will spend the money to obtain the permanent fix, if not we will have to do further digging into the walls to find the cause. We appreciated his help and integrity in not selling us on an expensive repair that may or may not solve our problem. We would recommend him to friends. Good communication throughout entire transaction."
