"After previously using Rob a year ago had him come to set up a new slop sink in the laundry room. I had the existing pipes cut to add a hot and cold water line and a drain into the pipes being used for the washing machine. The job was completed to my expectations. Very happy with the service and will continue to use and recommend to others."

"Lou came at the appointed time and did a great job replacing a laundry sink (tub), faucet, water line levers, and fixed a busted vent pipe. My wife scolded me (for not giving him a good tip) when she got home and saw the work he performed and I agreed with her. As far as I'm concerned we'll be contacting him for additional work. "The ARCTIC AIR Technician Brendan Fullerton did a great job in diagnosing the problem and replacing the pressure switch of our gas fired condensing furnace. He was polite, respectful, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained to us what he was doing, what he discovered upon inspecting and assessing the heater and how he was going to correct the problem. We were completely satisfied with the experience."

"Ben was fantastic - he immediately diagnosed my problem (water main) on a Saturday, had all the right people out to mark electric, cable and gas (on a Sunday!), and fixed the problem by Monday at Noon.
