"I CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM ANY HIGHER! I found Southern Service and one of their competitors on Home Advisor. I had them both come out to give estimates. I needed to re pipe my house to increase water pressure. I decided to put in a two shower head shower and there was no way the existing pipes and pressure were going to support that. Both gave estimates. Southern Service came in about half the price but even more importantly they identified an issue. I would need a tankless water heater as what I had was a 40 gallon regular water heater that wouldn't support the volume i was about to be using and keep it hot. They were done in one day, and the communications were all very clear. I will use them again. Greg did excellent work and Hank is amazing to deal with. Thank you both!"

"I called because sink was overflowing and backing up into the dishwasher. I wanted to have my old/broken garbage disposal removed and drain pipe rerouted because it was no flowing downward as installed with a garbage disposal in place. The plumber advised removing it and redoing sink pipe to sink would cost more and assured me the draining issue would be fixed. 

Well, $735 later, my sink still backs up. It doesn't look like the water flowing uphill issue was addressed at all. Worst of all, that was an outrageous price for a new garbage disposal. I wouldn't have agreed to the price had I known the sink would still back up.
