"They were the first to call and said they could be here within an hour with a free estimate. Other calls took 10 to 15 minutes wanting to charge for the estimate. I think Trey was here within 20 minutes. I hope KC Metro Plumbing appreciates Trey. He is an outstanding customer service rep/repair man. I was given the quote immediately for the job I requested. He then explained other possible repairs once he started the job and quoted the cost. He was fast and thorough in completion. Thankfully, no other repairs where needed.
