"He did a great job installing the door and he was extremely prompt. With all the snow this year the wood warped on the side and the magic eye wouldn't allow the door to close. We called him and he came within a half an hour and fixed the problem. He didn't charge us for the service call. I would highly recommend him."

"My new spring came off the garage door as it closed the night before. I called and left a voice mailto let them know what happened and to see how fast they could come out to fix it, and stated it should be under warranty. I called when they opened the next morning at 6:45am, and they said they would have someone out within the hour. They came out and replace the spring with a smaller gauge spring that he said would lessen the impact of the door closing against the garage floor. The repair was done quickly and done well. "Cables on my garage door broke on a Saturday afternoon.  Replacing the door was on my list of 2015 updates so when I called Cropps I explained that in addition to having the door fixed I was also considering buying a new door.  They committed to having someone out first thing Monday morning and in the mean time I visited their web site and started looking at new door designs.  I texted them on Sunday with a door I was interested in purchasing.  They actually steered me towards an identical door from a different manufacturer that they claimed was better made at a lower cost. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />After visiting that manufacturer's web site I selected a door and asked for a quote.  On Monday their technicians arrived before 8:00 AM and within 30 minutes had my old door fixed.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Quote on new door was very competitive so I asked them to order and schedule an install date.  They were able to schedule at my convenience, arrived on time, and did an excellent job in installing my new door. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Love my new garage door and couldn't be happier with my experience with Cropps Door Service. <br />"
