I called and left a voice mailto let them know what happened and to see how fast they could come out to fix it, and stated it should be under warranty. I called when they opened the next morning at 6:45am, and they said they would have someone out within the hour. They came out and replace the spring with a smaller gauge spring that he said would lessen the impact of the door closing against the garage floor. The repair was done quickly and done well.
