He listened patiently to all of our concerns, came up with several viable solutions, and then quickly fit us into his schedule to complete the work. We had an odd sized living room and a built in surround sound system which we had no idea how to set up. He mounted our tv, connected it to our receiver, speaker system and other electronic components. He was punctual and worked efficiently. I highly recommend him."

He connected my old Bose turntable and Go Video VCR/DVD player to my Bose surround sound system (which was not working properly) and Sony HDTV. "Doug was awesome! From scheduling the estimate to job wrap-up, we were very impressed with his commitment and follow through. Most important to me was his communication. We had a very detailed and challenging project in which there were many avenues that could have been chosen. Doug methodically coached us through the process so that we would have the most user friendly system utilizing both new and existing equipment and wiring, leaving us with a very user friendly system. He could easily steered us into buying a lot of new equipment, but he worked in our best interests and kept the job cost very reasonable. We now have three zones of high end sound for music and two surround systems for home theater, all controlled simply from our smart phones and Harmony remote. We encountered some challenges at first that were clearly learning issues. Not expecting response to my message on a Sunday, but Doug called right away and spent (too much) time and made sure that we were crystal clear with his direction. A further note; the talent that Doug had on his team was incredibly knowledgable and efficient! A great, non intrusive and highly professional crew that i wholeheartedly recommend to anyone. "I was having problems with the installation of a Rind camera door bell. I talked to ring and the recommended Hello Tech to help me finsh the installation. They contacted me and came to the house the very next day . The technician was extremely helpfull and installed a jump wire so my exixting door bell wound be compatable with the Ring system"

He also offered suggestions on adding on to my system in the future if I decide to add rear speakers to get more out of what we have. Seemed really knowlegeable on what would work best for our space. "I recently built a vacation home and was able to install 55" and 60" TVs on the walls over fireplaces using articulating mounts. When I wanted a sound bar for each I ran into a problem on how to attach them to the TVs. I called Doug and could not be happier. He and his team custom installed the sound bars and they look great! On 1 of the TVs it had to be installed on the top of the TV but Doug and his team did an excellent job mounting it and managing all the wires. I only wish I knew to call Doug while the home was under construction because he would could have assisted me and my electrician on what wires to run in the walls for various components. Doug was very professional, knowledgeable, and returned all my calls. He showed up on time even though I had to reschedule the appointments a couple of times. I definitely recommend Doug and his team and would use them again. Especially since I now know he will travel to multiple states for a project."
