Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Spoke with Mr. Ethridge first thing Monday. He was able to send a tech out between 10-12. Andrew arrived on the early side of my window and was able to diagnose the source of the problem within the first five minutes. Fortunately for us, it was an inexpensive fix as he found a wire had come off the condensation pump. He properly reattached the wire and the condensation motor started as soon as the breaker reset itself. Another less reputable company could have told me I needed a new unit. Ethridge and Andrew just became my AC contractor!"

"Overall, we were very satisfied with the knowledge and quality of work that Covenant LLC provided. We had Covenant LLC install a radon mitigation system for our basement. Initially my husband and I met with David for the estimate and consultation. David spent the time to explain how radon can get into the basement, what the system would look like, and how he was going to make sure it was working. After meeting with David at Covenant, we met with a competitor who were definitely not as knowledgeable, were not going to seal any of the cracks or holes in the foundation or even follow industry standard by venting through the roof of the house. The day of install the crew was personable and professional and if they had any questions, they asked. The 3" pipe that Covenant had to install to run through a closet and into the attic. In order to do this, they had to drill through the porcelain title floors and run through 3 shelves. They spent extra time to jig-saw cut the shelves around the pipes and they took special care not to crack any of the porcelain tiles and when finished it looked like it was built with the house. After completion, Covenant came back and tested the radon levels which were reduced to below their guarantee, which itself is orders of magnitude below the EPA limit. We were probably not the easiest clients to work with as we had Covenant move the roof penetration several times until the noise was completely unnoticeable. David was always polite and professional and he wouldn't be satisfied with the job until we were satisfied. We highly recommend Covenant Air to anyone who is considering these services."
