"Love, love, love Joe's Plumbing. Joe came out and gave me an estimate AFTER my home warranty gave me an estimate of what the "excluded charges" would cost. The contractor my Home Warranty company was using tacked on charges that would have cost me hundreds. So I asked my home warranty company to cut me a check for what they would have paid them and I used that to pay Joe plus my out of pocket of a few hundred and I came out better than paying THEIR contract the 'excluded' charges (to bring it up to code) which Joe showed me wasn't nearly as expensive as they were trying to charge as he brought it up to code and we saved! Joe's done other work for me inside and outside the house with plumbing issues and he's so reliable and doesn't overcharge."

"Required plumbing services due to a leaking pipe at the main water line shut-off valve located within the outside wall of our home. Viking was highly recommended by a party that just recently had used them.  We contacted them, provided pictures of the problem, and were given a quote over the phone.  First company who gave a quote from looking at the picture, we didn't have to pay extra for a trip charge.  We scheduled repairs for the next day.  Aaron called before scheduled time with ETA and was on time.   He was very informative, courteous and helpful. He constantly updated us throughout the repair cycle as to findings discovered once the wall was opened with options. Aaron has pride in his work and reputation. We learned so much from him.  A fine young man, which says a lot about his parents. "Even with a discount, the price of buying a new hot water heater and having it installed by this company was WAY more than I had been led to expect by a property manager friend. My old HWH started leaking water into the garage so rapidly that I didn't have the luxury of getting more than 1 pro to come and give me an estimate. They did an excellent job with performance, time, efficiency, costs, clean-up and in every category. We had expected to hear we would need a new septic tank system and dreaded to hear the costs. They seemed to know immediately what our problem was and went right to work fixing it. It seems none of the other companies had ever cleaned out the filters. None of the other companies even mentioned it. Thus we had replaced the septic tank twice as the others told us that was what we needed. When had the last company who put in the new system installed the new one, they failed to check the filters. Since we are not specialists in the field of septic systems, we trusted what they said. But this company told almost immediately that we did not need a new one. In less than 2 hours everything was cleared and cleaned up and the bill of $247.00 was paid. And best of all, the toilets flushed great and no more water back up. We would recommend this company any time. And we will definitely use them for any future work. Travis made the project interesting & fun. Project was completed in two days (it's a small house, and I dug the trenches & opened a bathroom wall to make things go faster).
