"Within 24 hours of quote request through Angie’s list, I had been contacted by the owner in Apopka. He does sub out work and sent his guy Sandro who was very professional to provide an estimate. Measurements were taken, job details discussed and estimate received over the weekend. Before hiring, I received a second estimate for the same work. The second estimate was higher and the other contractor was not properly insured. I selected CertaPro and Sandro to perform the job. Sandro was patient with me as I selected paints and we outlined the timing of the job. He moved the heavy furniture and was the only contractor who would paint the ceilings, which are high in Florida homes. He worked with his crew full days and they were completed a day early. I monitored throughout the job and Sandro was checking to be sure I was pleased with the work. When the job was complete, we did a walk through and he happily would have touched up or fixed any spots but there were none. He charged correctly based on man hours and work performed. He was honest and provided quality work. I am looking at a few other projects and would not hesitate to rehire Sandro."

He had a great reputation and excellent reviews, so we knew he was our guy. He gave us an estimate in advance, showed up every day on time, worked diligently throughout the day, and cleaned up at the end of the day. The project was completed on time, and because we made change in the size of our tile after his initial estimate, he actually charged us less at the end thank his original quote--the mark of an honest man! Our lanai looks beautiful thanks to George's master craftsmanship. But beyond our impressions of his work, virtually every other person who has come to our house (for plumbing, electrical, roof, etc.) has commented on how nice the tile looks, and several asked for George's contact info because they want to use him on their own homes.
