"We had a great experience with Granite Works. We contracted our countertop work on July 28th. We feel very fortunate to have met Art. He is very professional and not a high pressure sales person.  He was more of a designer and he took us out to the slab yard helping us find slabs that matched our kitchen design and equally important budget.. We were able to use their sample cabinet materials and coordinate them with the slabs, colors, movement and patterns.  He advised us on the best cuts, edgings, care, etc. Once we selected the granite within a few minutes, Art presented us with an estimate on the spot.  We placed a 50% deposit and the next day the office assistance called us to schedule our on site template. The template process was easy and thorough. It is very helpful if you take your kitchen photos with you and your detailed measurements.  That way your estimate is accurate and Art can help you with balancing movement, appropriate area for seams, if any.  Granite works provided the granite, onsite measurements, sink options, bull nose edging and included all cut outs, plus an Angie's List discount. Our price was $2500 less than a company in  the Mt. Airy. Within a week we had a template completed, in two weeks the fabrication of 2 slabs, and the installation of occurred on  August 9th. In 1 day! We elected to forego their 4" backsplash option and we designed and installed our own. Art's design consultation was very helpful.  After we finished 1/2 the backsplash we sent Art a thank you email with a photo.  He was so surprised and we were surprised and happy 1) he remembered us, and 2) he liked our natural stone tile work.  We recommend Granite Works for quality, professionalism and price.  Good luck and thanks Angie's List. The old chairs wiggled, and wobbled, and their veneer was cracked in places. Now, not anymore. The studio knew I had a time crunch and they worked to meet my needs. "We just finished remodeling our two master baths. One was a complete remodel down to the studs, reconfiguring, and rebuilding. The other was more modest where the original footprint remained intact. We were not sure exactly what we wanted, and we worked with KBR Designer Silviya to design a bathroom that we now love. She was more than patient as she guided us through the seemingly endless options including basic design and selection of materials. She was extremely knowledgeable and had great ideas that we incorporated into our projects. Once we settled on what wanted, Project Manager Huseyin and his crew took over the construction. Like Silviya, the crew was exceptionally talented and completed the project with a minimum of disturbance. Everyone at KBR was very professional, easy to work with, and flexible. Remodeling can be extraordinarily stressful and disruptive, but KBR easily overcame the obstacles and produced wonderful results. We would highly recommend them."

"Great! He arrived on time, with the right amount of crew, tools and positive attitude! He was very experienced with Ikea cabinets and knew when we had purchased the wrong items. He also knew when to send me back to Ikea for different parts. Ikea made alot of mistakes and he knew that was common. He wrote down the numbers of the items i needed which was extremely helpful. He and his crew were fantastic and i would hire him again in the future. His prices were very reasonable and i appreciated that. I had two glass doors that were on back order so he said i could hold back $200 from his pay until they czme in. I called him on Sunday and told him i just picked them up. He told me they would be there on Monday morning to finish the job. Of course he arrived on time and he finished the job quickly. Of the 4 companies i hired to do various things in my kitchen his was the only one i didnt have issues with. I asked him to install the lights inside and underneath the cabinets and install the microwave. The lights were difficult but he worked hard until they were done. They make the whole kitchen shine! He was extremely reasonable with the microwave installation price. I asked him for several cards and already passed them out to people that wanted a new kitchen i told them he is the best installer i ever hired. He made this overwhelming project so much easier."

"MW was great! We bought a fixer-upper a few years ago and decided to turn our basement into a rental apartment. We initially hired one company to underpin the basement and, if things worked out, intended to use that same company to finish the basement. After we ran into numerous problems with the other company, we started looking for another to finish the job. In comes MW. Greg came to our place and gave us a very fair estimate. Not the highest, not the lowest, but the most comprehensive. We decided on MW for a few reasons. They had some great back-office support, with design and purchasing. They were responsive to our requests/questions at the beginning of the project and throughout--and we had LOTS of questions and concerns after our terrible experience with the first company. They were willing to work with us on the budget and gave some great suggestions on how to save costs but not compromise quality. MW was also great when we ran into a problem with our kitchen cabinets. The color of the top and bottom cabinets were switched and were ordered incorrectly, and it was not what we had wanted. MW gave us the option to keep the incorrect cabinets, to reorder just the top cabinets (which were the problem, really), or reorder all the cabinets--at their expense. They did a fantastic job of making sure we were happy with everything

He came over and got it sorted out for us, even though it was right before the holiday. We are in the process of getting another quote from MW for more work on our house (bathroom, front door, closet), and hope to keep working with them for years to come."

The quality of workmanship is outstanding; as were the installation services -- which required on-site modifications to accommodate some quirks in the home's construction. Regency Custom Cabinet is top-notch, and I'd use them again in a heartbeat."

"We received Nafi's name from a neighbor who had used him to redo her kitchen. We were extraordinarily pleased with the work that Nafi and his team did for us. Everyone was respectful of our home, protecting walls, floors and rooms with room coverings and floor protectants. We had an idea in mind for our design, which Nafi implemented perfectly. He also added some ideas of his own, which enhanced our original design. The quality of workmanship and materials that he used were exceptional. We had one issue with doors that were installed. The issue had nothing to do with his installation, but was caused by the door frames which were original and not level. Nafi came to fix the issue free of charge and without question.
