"Wayne was the absolute best, we called on a Saturday during an unexpected cold snap and he came right out to assess our heat pump. He got the heat pump back and running. He offered us two alternative heat sources which we did not have. We chose the installation of dual fuel system and we could not be happier. The new system is so efficient (propane furnace) and our existing heat pump. The heat pump is running better than when it was installed. The snake would not go through the bend in the galvanized pipe, so Shane had to make a trip to the hardware store for PVC pipe to replace it.
