"My fiance and I just bought our house and we had a number of small repairs to be made, and a hot water flow issue which was a bigger deal since we had a lot of family coming over the second weekend we owned the home. Dave came out and looked over out winter/summer system and thought it was best to direct our water pipes directly to our hot water heater - bypassing the oil boiler to reduce the oil bill. He looked around the house at a few other things I wouldn't have thought of and sent me quotes a few hours later for everything we talked about.
