"Great thanks Technicians TONY and TYLER! This service rang ALL the bells. They were very professional and pleasant. I Had them replace three shutoff valves under the sink which were frozen and had small leaks. I asked about cheaper fixes and they advised replacing the whole valves, which was actually what I preferred. They gave a price and it was exactly what I researched as being a good, reasonable price. They were quick and exact and tested all of the valves that they replaced (hot/cold/dishwasher). I have used them in the past and have also used other plumbing services. The other plumbing services that I have used were shoddy at best and not very professional. This service is just what the doctor ordered. I will definitely use this service again. They were right on time and easy to schedule. They use the best quality parts that will last for years. "The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
