He stopped at Home Depot in Biddeford to pick up the water heater had purchased. I had to call him back the next day for a minor electrical issue and he came right away and resolved the issue. He also put in a new shut off valve because the old shutoff valve was not working properly. I would definitely hire Rob again. The professionalism and service were terrific. I have special needs with my back and we got exactly what we wanted round bowl and standard height. He upgrades from glacier bay to awesome #1 Kohler us because of an initial miscommunication that we easily worked out. Yay! "Pacific Stone did a nice job. Person in charge of scheduling measurements and installation was pleasant and courteous. Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. Took away the old countertops and sinks. They know what they're doing. One of the installers was actually the owner and they were prompt and professional and cleaned up well."

"The work he did was great..very informative and thorough. When tub was installed trim and parts of wall were banged up some. We discussed it and at first I mentioned I would paint it eventually. He felt he really should do it because it was on him. I agreed and said ok. Monday October 23 he came to finish caulking and we discussed him coming back to paint and do touching up..trim work around tub and shower..installing a backsplash for vanity which he was going to order..said he would be back in a few weeks."

"We had A-Plus Roofing strip and replace all the shingles on our house back in August. They did a great job! They came out when we setup the appointment for an estimate and were very through making sure I knew everything that would be done.
We made the appointment and they started on the day promised. The crew was very nice and courteous left our place neat and clean at then end of each day and when they were done you wouldn't have even known they were here except our roof looked great. This was a pretty complex job as we have a very large Gambrel roof with a ton of angels. They were professional and timely.
On a side note....We had a problem with our garage roof - which needs to be re-shingled in the next few years. I called them they came right out and gave us a fix to get us through until we can get this roof done. They will get the call when we're ready. We couldn't be any happier with their work!!

"Although it was difficult to reach them on the phone, once they had an opening they got us right in. The technicians were very knowledgeable. The previous owner had not properly installed the pump, so the water was not being pumped out of the house. They chose the best location for the water to be pumped out and did a great job with clean up. I was pleased with their knowledge, demeanor and workmanship. I will use them again."
