Carlos' crew showed up and tore those rooms down to the studs and floor joists. Replaced everything and both rooms look beautiful. The crew worked unbelievably effectively and were very courteous. The work was completed in just 2 weeks at an extremely attractive price. This job went so well, we immediately had APlus drywall the walls and ceiling of another room, removing an old fireplace insert in the process. Again, the work was efficiently performed and a great price. Looking at project 3 right now!!! I would recommend APlus for your construction or remodeling jobs."

"Eric was very professional and showed computer diagrams of what my wife and I wanted in a metal carport. The other companies just wanted to put their model and place it on my concrete. We designed this just for our house. They also did a very good job on the lean-to awning for my back patio. They said yes when all the other steel building companies said no. They also we're within price range of all the other companies. So we spent the same money to get a custom steel building. We are very happy with the speed of service and the professionalism of the total work crew of this company. If you want a steel garage these are the guys you want to go with they are fast. But they do extremely excellent work in a professional manner. And we are now the proud owners of a custom carport that we designed together. Not just some Factory model put on this site. They will listen to your needs and give you excellent customer service. Trust me we are hard customers to make happy. They not only made us happy they exceeded expectations. "I would like to give a shout out to Eric and I-construct for the new awning. They installed this for us in less than a day! He showed up for the initial inspection on time and gave me a quote on the spot. It only took a few weeks to get the material and was out in a few days at the time he said he would be on site to install. We were a little leary of what a "metal" roof would look like, but we could not warrant paying so much for a wood and shingle "shed" roof. We couldn't be happier with the appearance and workmanship. "The entire trim had to be removed and replaced.  While this sounds simple the workers had to install a roof jack type scaffold due to the angle of the roof.   The trim was removed, replaced, sealed and painted.  The workers were very thorough and cleaned up as if they were never there.

"Mr. Beeler and his crew were a pleasure to work with.  This is a simple operation but they have the knowledge and skill to do any type of concrete job.  As with many smaller local operations, this was a very casual engagement, mostly through txt messages and email (there was no formal contract but that did not bother me at all as we had txt records of the conversation).  This was a small job but it ended up being a bit more than what I thought it would be. Having said that, this was considered to be a relatively small job and I had a bit of runaround from other contractors and couldn't even get to have somebody come look at it.  Mr Beeler came, looked and promptly told me what needed to be done.  Once the first part of the job was done, it was unfortunately not looking very good. I called Mr Beeler and he came and looked at it and was upset and extremely apologetic (he had another member of the crew work on it and told me they had to use a lesser grade of concrete because they couldn't put the right equipment through my narrow driveway).  In the end, he made it right and offered to pave over it with whatever I wanted, at no extra cost. We chose thin brick pavers and they came within the week and installed them. While the crew was there, they did some other extra things without charging anything. For instance, they removed an old metal fence (we are selling the house and had a list of things to do) and took it away. They also fixed some minor cracks on the brick outside the house. Overall based on my experience, I would use Mr. Beeler again for other concrete repair jobs."
