"The garage door system failed on Saturday. I could not open the door even manually. I called Hannah's Garage Doors on Saturday and got a call back a few minutes later. I was told they could have someone out on Sunday at the higher weekend rate or Monday morning at the regular rate. I scheduled for Monday morning. Quinton called me Monday morning and said he was on his way. He was there on time. He fixed the door that morning. I am very happy with the service and the amount charged. The door is probably more than 40 years old and it works smoothly and much more quietly after the repair."

"Tyler was superb. He came on a Saturday afternoon on short notice and repaired the broken garage door spring which was preventing our door from opening. He also educated me about proper garage door maintenance while fixing the poor repair we had done on the door a couple of years ago. He was thorough, efficient and professional as well as very pleasant to work with. Finding competent, responsive garage door service in Harker Heights used to be an adventure. Wish I'd known about Select Garage Doors of Austin last time ...we wouldn't have needed them this time. We'll be in touch with them again for any future maintenance issues."

"They have previously replaced one of the pieces of wood that broke off the gate and they have worked on the gate when it would not open (determined there was a defect due to the cold) and replaced the defective part.  We have always been happy with their work. I think it is a fairly small company so sometimes they can't get out same day but they have kept us informed of their status.  We would definitely use them again!

"I was very pleased with the same day service under emergency circumstances when the contractor (Jerry) told me that he he could do it the next day but understood my situation and made the valiant effort to make it happen the same day. The cost of replacing the entire door was well below of what I had anticipated and he told me if I found anyone cheaper he would meet or beat their prices. The communication and customer service I received from all parties was beyond my expectations and I would highly reccommend The Door Company to anyone wanting quality service and satisfaction. Thank you again! Glenn Killeen, TX"

"Great job doing some much needed maintenance on our garage door and opener. Very attentive to detail and ensured that everything was running smoothly and quietly. The garage door has never worked better!"

"Chris did a great job fixing the edging around my garage door last summer so when I had issues with it closing I called Precision, the tec that was sent out was friendly and professional. He even gave me tips to help extend the life of my garage door and took the extra time to adjust the close settings and grease the tracks."

"David did a good job replacing my 19 yrs old overhead door. He was prompted and very professional. The price is reasonable. I highly recommended David."
