"This repair went well. I am very satisfied with  Southern Grace Exteriors. The worker was a consummate professional. This was a two-day repair. On the first day, he gave me a call prior to the appointed time to remind me that he was on his way. He showed not long before the appointed time, gathered details about my concern, and went right to work. After examining the problem area, he provided me with the details about what was causing the leak. He show me pictures of the damage up close and informed me what it was I was seeing. Any questions I had were answered in a polite and professional manner. He rescheduled for another day to make the repairs. Again, he showed slightly before the appointment time and took care of business. He was actually done making the repairs much more quickly than I anticipated. He took up close pictures of the finished product and shared them with me. Though he could have milked me for additional payment, he did not. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Owner, Frank Matyiko came out to inspect my home and give me a bid for the repairs needed.  He was very prompt at getting back to me and coming out to look at my home.  He was very informative and spoke to me in a way I could understand.  I had them replace a portion of my basement wall along the back side of my house, that had been leaking for some time.  I scheduled the work with him after signing the contract.  Advanced Foundation completed my job in a timely manner and cleaned up after they were done.  I will definitely recommend Advanced Foundation Repair & Replacement to any friends or family that have any foundation issues.  I will also use them in the future should I have any other problems.  A big thank you to Frank and his company for fixing my home.
