"Will and Rob showed up at the house and the appointed time and started right at it. The old a/c, furnace,duct work, wiring, and gas line were gone in no time. When they started the install, took their time to get everything perfect. Constantly checking for level and plum of all units, ducts, plumbing, and even wiring. Explained what was going on and why they were doing what they were doing. Both Will and Rob very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about HVAC. I worked in the plumbing wholesale for 20 years, so I know a bit about was going on. The new technology is amazing. They installed a 96 percent efficient furnace with a 16 seer a/c unit by Amana. Came with a lifetime warranty on the a/c compressor and furnace heat exchanger, the two main components.
They did an excellent job. All the old units were taken away and site was completely cleaned cleaner than before they started. Will even filled out the rebate form from the electric company for me.
I will definitely hire Giant again and again!

"Jason came out and gave us a quote and walked us through how he came to that conclusion. He was very efficient and kind when coming out and installing a new Central Air unit and updating our electrical panel; both done for cheaper than others were quoting to do just the A/C! I was very impressed with the job and with how he respected our property. Any questions I had he was quick to answer and explain in a way that would make sense. "we have an attached solarium that has been a cooling and heating challenge in spite of being zoned into our home air and heat since construction.  Jim responded quickly to our inquiry and suggested a separate cooling/heating unit rather than just adding an automatic roof ventilation fan as suggested by the original builder of the solarium.  Jim felt it could be done as a wall unit and not for too much more than the other company wanted to complete a roof ventilation unit, and Jim's suggestion would  not risk the roof integrity of the solarium.  He had the unit framed, installed, and sheeted to match the solarium all within a day.  And, he stayed under the maximum estimate.  He also helped arrange an excellent electrician, Rich O'Shea, who installed a dedicated 220 line for the unit.  This was an excellent experience- professionalism and integrity all the way!

I especially appreciated that he put together the order and emailed me the cart so that I could easily pay at the store without having to figure out exactly what items I needed. "Let me say that I purchased the deal of 4 hours for $179. Galen went and purchased the light fixtures and wood for the door and we had an additional 2 hours so that's why the total was $587. However, we had a number of other issues that we discusses for future plumbing projects (toilet, diverter in upstairs shower) etc. and after he took various measurements the installer said his office would be getting back to us with estimates for that additional work. We never heard back, even after we left two messages.
