"We found Golden Aire when looking for a company that installs Rheem HVAC systems. Golden Aire installs other brands as well and we received quotes on those as well, but we were partial to Rheem as our house had a Rheem system that worked well and surprisingly efficiently for 30 years (the second system is still running as I'm writing this: 30 years and counting!). Ken Golden, the owner of Golden Aire, came to our house for a quote and impressed me right away with his knowledge, honesty and professionalism. Have him come give you a quote just to see the difference between his expertise and the salespeople that other companies send out to do their bids! His price was comparable to that of other companies who were pricing out less expensive brands. When his crew came out to do the job, they were also very courteous, professional and punctual. They replaced some incorrectly installed ducts at no cost and finished the job cleanly and exactly as promised. The office, also extremely courteous and professional, followed up with me to do the testing for the airconditioning a few months later (as it was installed in winter and couldn't be tested) and scheduled the inspection for me. We are definitely giving them a call if and when the other system goes out."

"The team of four was very professional and performed an excellent job in a record period of time. Just one day to take the old furnace away, replace all the old boots and duct work and install the new furnace. They paid a lot of attention not to damage or dirty the floor/carpet. "Air conditioning in one zone stopped working over very hot weekend.  Called three companies to get a quote on possibly replacing both zones before I spent money on repairing a 17+ year old unit.
Diamond was the first company with availability.  Before they came over to give a quote, Bob called to ask me a few questions about the nature of the problem.  He speculated over the phone of what the problem might be and what the cost of fixing it would be.
He arrived for the appointment at the appointed time and proceeded immediately to fix the unit while talking to me about an estimate to replace both zones (2 systems).  He spent extra time hunting down an electrical connection issue in the unit and when done, checked out the flow readings of the system.
$258 dollars fixed the problem.  Since I had scheduled him for a quote, he offered to remove the new part that he had just installed or I could leave it in and if I decided to buy a new system, they would credit the repair of this unit back against it.  I elected to have him leave the fix in place.
Bob quoted me an exceptionally good price per unit for a quality Lennox system.  In fact a competitor who came the following day said that he wanted to see a copy of a written quote because Diamond's price was too good.
Although I've decided for the time being to not replace both systems, I would select Diamond Heating and Air in a second!

I called Bell Brothers (the gal on the phone was so courteous and helpful...she really felt our pain) and Jason Walker showed up at 8:00 AM the next morning. He is very personable and very professional. Answered all our questions and explained their commitment to the customer in detail. He was very courteous, wore a mask at all times, and made us feel very comfortable. Jason was able to get an install crew here the next morning at 7:00 AM. The install crew, John & Tanner, were just as nice and professional as Jason. You could tell this wasn't their first rodeo and they knew what they were doing. I called James at 8:20 am Saturday morning. He said he had two others ahead of me but would be at my house at 1:00 pm. He called at 12:50 to tell me he would be here in 5 minutes. He arrived at 12:55. What a pleasure to have someone show up on time, For the next 3+ hours, James worked on all three of my computers. The first computer had 6 viruses which were downloaded when we tried to download an internet game. James removed the viruses, showed me how to prevent this from happening in the future, and then correctly installed the internet game. IN addition, he updated all programs, removed unnecessary programs, and installed

new programs to improve the quality. Jim then did the same work on my other two computers, one of which was found to have 232 viruses.
I am not computer literate; therefore, I cannot recall the details of additional work James did on all 3 computers. All I know is the computers are running smoothly and quickly. The cost was very reasonable.
I will use James in the future, and highly recommend him to others.
