"Sam and AJ are the best! Submitted a request on Angi yesterday afternoon, received an immediate call back saying they could be here within 2 hours to diagnose an issue with our central A/C air handler in our attic. AJ was here promptly, and immediately went to work systematically checking through each part of the system. Side note - it must have been 115 degrees in the attic while he was working, didn't seem to bother him at all! Within 2 hours, he had identified a failed motor, sourced the parts, and gotten me a very reasonable quote for replacement. Parts arrived the next day, when he and Sam came out to install, got the whole system back up and running normally, and cleaned up. They did the job for the price they quoted, in the time they quoted it, without trying to sell me an entire new A/C system.... can't tell you how much that's appreciated. First time customer, but will definitely be using them for our boiler service as well. Fantastic service. Could not be happier I found them."

"Rays HVAC tech came in and evaluated the problem with the A/C (early Sept. 2020). The coil was freezing up and dripping water. Another company wanted to replace the coil for over $3,000. Rays said it just needed free-on. Topped it off for $200 and the system ran fine after the service. would highly recommend it. Used Rays HVAC for a heating issue March 2021. Ray was quickly reachable, great communication, came the next afternoon. Great job on the repair and for a very good price."

"Our oil burner began emitting Carbon monoxide (CO) early one morning and stopped working. We called several repair services and no one called us back in a timely manner. We found AB Castello's on Angie's List, completed the Angie's List form and Desmond from AB Castellos called us immediately. Robert arrived less than an hour later. The first thing he did when he arrived was check for CO emissions. He then determined that our 16 year old furnace needed to be replaced. Later that day we received an estimate via email, had all of our questions answered on the phone, and arrived the next morning prepared to remove and replace our furnace. Desmond and Robert worked all day, into the evening, in order to install the new furnace. They were determined not to leave us one more night without heat. They were very polite, pleasant, neat and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company should you need service of any kind. Their response time was better than almost any other contractor we have hired, and their work excellent.
