"After 24 years our heating/air unit was on it's last legs. We called Aire Serv for an estimate to replace the system. I was impressed with the detailed plan they presented on how to make our new system more efficient and improve air flow into our home. A thorough inspection was done to the house checking registers, thermostat, and overall efficiency. After the inspection, they gave us a detailed bid on what they felt would be the most efficient system to help us lower our heating/air costs moving forward. They also encouraged us to seek other bids before making a decision. I called 2 other local companies and couldn't believe the lack of effort or knowledge of HVAC systems. Both bidders basically gave me a price to replace the unit with an updated version of the same one we currently had.
