"It went very well. Don showed up as planned. Inspected the damage inside and out. He explained what all was involved with repairing the structure, sealing it back up, and putting the siding back on. Answered all of my questions, and even calmed me down a little. After all, I was the one with a tree crushing part of my roof. He even helped me tarp cover the damage in case it rained before it could be fixed. The crew showed up as planned and fixed it. No problems, no surprises, no problems. Cleaned up, and you couldn't even tell they had been there."

"This was the easiest part of the remodel as from or ding to install they did everything like it should be done and for price the beat offers we had by a lot and even had to order special for one color. The install was easy and they cleaned any thug that was there which was not much as they used vacuum cleaner with any tools they used. We had 40 square feet of tops. Would for sure use them again."

"I have a $200 maintenance contract. They do good work; we bought our system from them; they installed it and they maintain it. They are very good about if I don't pay for the maintenance contract and they come out because something is not working right, the guy is good about saying your bill will be this much if you buy the maintenance program right now or your bill will be this much if we just charge you for service and parts without the maintenance program. I think it is real nice for them to say this so you can go either way. I will use them again in the future."

"It was fine. UT only required a 3-day window. Most transports require 5, which is inconvenient. However, the pickup came earlier than expected (we did not receive an advance call). This was okay because early was better than late. Also, the driver did not manage the drop-off well. My car was the first loaded and one of the first unloaded, so he spent a lot of time getting to my car. But that was his time, so no worries. Car arrived in good condition--no nicks or damage. So, very satisfied."
