"I have used Home Comfort on prior occasions to service my old furnace - they had replaced the capacitors and the main blower fan but on the most recent issue, the secondary fan went out. Rather than have it repaired (and seeing the number of repairs increasing each year), I decided it was time to replace the old furnace with a new one. I got a quote from Home Comfort for a new American Standard Gas Furnace with a 95% efficiency - it was scheduled for a Saturday. The serviceman was at my house at the time scheduled and had the entire work completed in about 4-5 hours. He was helped whenever necessary by an additional helper. They took the old furnace out and disposed of it and got rid of the packing material that the new furnace came with. It has been about 2 weeks now since the furnace was replaced and I have had no issues with the new furnace at all - it was done right the first time around. I would have no hesitation recommending this company for repairs and installation of HVAC systems."

I needed service in Sept 2018 and had various coupon prices of $39 and $49 for an A/C tune up and was about to chose on of them but decided to check Angie's list for a review or google for the coupon companies. What a wonderful idea and I cannot express how happy I am with this choice. It is a win-win deal for me and the company. I am a very happy camper with my choice of this company."

"Excellent service from initial phone call to the completion of service. I repaired my old dryer and cleaned the wall vent myself, but still was not obtaining the results still took- 4 hrs to dry towels. So, I ordered a new dryer which was supposed to be delivered on Friday. I thought I would get the roof vent cleaned to start fresh with the new dryer. I called several places only to get a recording or text message informing me they were busy and would call me later. Contacted Mr. Duct . and received prompt service from a wonderful live person Informing me of their services, coupons and available special discounts. I was able to schedule for the next day. The technician was prompt, thorough and Respectful. Explaining exactly what they did and what they found, showing Me the Impacted lint ..Ran a test load and all was clear. After they left I ran another load of the same amount of towels which Instead of 4 hrs took 35 minutes. So no need for the new dryer . Thanks to Mr. duct, I was able to cancel my new dryer since My old Kenmore Now works great. Excellent service and staff!"
