"They ( Bob Johnson and Kevin Holley) were punctual, neat and got it all done in 2 1/2 days. Initially they were going to clean out the line, reline it and place a cleanout. But once they ran their camera down, they determined that was not possilbe due to the sharp angles with the original pipe in order to connect with the county sewer line. Very willing to answer all questions. They gave us the price up front, so no surprises. They worked long days, digging the 18 foot deep trench, laying new line and backfilling everything. They were careful with our front yard plants/trees, asking if any could be sacrificed to get the line placed. The ones important to me were unharmed. They were very careful to regrade the yard, explaining there would be settling over the next 6-9 months, and that we would probably need to fill some areas again and advised not to sod or install sprinklers for a least a year because of the settling that would occur. If we ever need a plumber, we would definitly call them again. I just hope we don't need to."

"I have fantastic things to say about Mello Plumbing. He had just had knee surgery so he couldn’t do it but he found someone he had worked with in the past. The man came on a Sunday afternoon and fixed everything so we could have water. I was completely floored about the price. The valve that controls water pressure between the road and my house broke so it was draining large amounts of water. He came out and fixed it and he didn’t gouge me at all. It was fair and reasonable, he was prompt and professional, and I can’t say enough good about him. I was really at the mercy of whoever I called up because that wasn’t something I could have done myself. I feel like I got a good one. He knew he had me over a barrel and he treated me the same way he would have if it wasn’t an emergency. I was not expecting the sort of treatment I received."

They diligently examined the area, then used a jackhammer to dig into the slab around the pipes. Doing this, they were able to find the location of the leak and replace the necessary pipes. This was a big relief to me, because the previous plumbing company I used was unable to find the leak. In addition to fixing the problem, Elie and his team were friendly, polite and did a great job communicating throughout the process. Outstanding work overall!"

"I had a leak above my kitchen which I suspected may have been from my A/C unit that occupies the space above my kitchen ceiling. I called Moncrief to have someone come out and look at my A/C. They were able to send out someone the next day I'd be available to be at home. The technician, Barry, was on time and was very friendly. He was able to determine that the leak was not coming from any part of my A/C unit, but was from another pipe in the same area. He also made some adjustments to the shoddily installed piping connected to my A/C unit and replaced a pipe that needed to be replaced. I was very pleased with the work done and am considering signing up for their service contract. If I encounter any problems with my A/C unit, Moncrief will be my first call."
