He requested I watch as he tests the unit. He showed me the problem, quoted me the options to repair or replace. He drew up the service agreement and a day later I had my new unit. The crew was very respectful, hard working, and went the extra mile to make sure my floors were covered and everything was cleaned up. Nobody looks forward to replacing an HVAC unit but Charlie and Crew made it a very pleasant experience. I will definitely call them again any time I have a problem with my HVAC."
