"During this very cold winter, I wanted my HVAC system checked out, esp after the fan were frozen in place before being de-iced by me. The service person was great. He checked my system and was able to answer my questions. Thank you."

"I hired JEM Comfort Care to install a furnace and a/c unit. They were very knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. They exercised patience and professionalism in the removal of my old furnace and was careful not to damage anything in my home. They definitely did an AWESOME job and I was well pleased with the 10 year warranty I received. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommended them."

"AirTemp Solutions called me right away on Friday after making initial request on HomeAdvisor. We made an appointment for Monday. On Monday morning I received a call confirming that technician was on the way within 20 minutes. Chris arrived on time, he evaluated the water heater that needed to be replaced, explained what needs to be done and come up with a fair quote. We scheduled installation on Wednesday at 8:00 am. Chris showed up at 8:00 and completed installation and cleaning by 10:00. A pleasure to work with!"

"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. We would strongly recommend James and his company for computer service needs. We have now retained him on a service contract and are looking forward to working with him in the future."

"Inspection went well. HVAC equipment was installed and maintained by Horizon. Technician was on time, and was professional in interaction with me. He clearly explained what he was going to do, and explained the results when the inspection was completed. there were no unexpected charges. Not the cheapest, but I am looking for good, not cheap."

"The engineer came out but it took a couple of days. There were some other faults with the problem. It wasn't just necessarily a tune-up problem. He found some other things wrong and basically addressed that as well. They got in contact with me quickly. For the deal, there were no additional charges but there were some other things wrong with the heating and air conditioning unit that needed to be addressed that were outside of what was covered. I was okay with that. Everything's working fine now. He needed additional parts. He completed the job in three days."

"Initial scheduling was a little difficult (very busy time for them), but Dan, the service tech was prompt and professional. I recommend them without reservation."

"He showed up right on time. Went right to work, installed 2 ceiling fans, fixed bed Rail that I thought could never b fixed , secured front porch light, replaced wood on shed door, so it will closed now, back step had come loose secured that. He was excellent. The best Long list he went directly from one job to next"

"The bathrooms look amazing, exactly what I wanted. The Allen Construction team did an amazing job from start to finish and were always available if I had questions. They worked with my availability and were affordable on a limited budget. They gutted two bathrooms, knocked out a closet to install a shower, turning a half bath into a full, installed all of the wall tile, flooring tile, fixtures, and oversized stone top double vanity flawlessly. I would reccomend them to anyone looking for a job well done!"
