"Excellent. Ralph and Peter arrived on time both days, looked at what was requested and detailed their suggestions due to age and deterioration of pipes and fixtures. The new fixtures are much higher quality and corroded pipes were replaced, everything was wiped clean, vacuumed and received instructions on usage to ensure no issues. Rates quoted were very competitive especially given that they upgraded the fixtures and installed new pipes. I have already scheduled Ralph and Peter for my bathroom renovation in the fall and will use for all future plumbing needs."

"The service technician arrives at around 11:am. I ask him to replace the washer of both shower stems. He said that the stems are too old that he can replace both stems with new ones along with new handles. He also said he has to replace the metal piece in the back of the stems. He has trouble install the new stems and I have to turn off the water to the house close to 7 times which the technician 7 times to reinstall the new stems with no leaks. He broke the plastic piece that connects the shower hose to where the showerhead sits on. He reinstalls the broken plastic piece and said you can shower with it. My response how can the shower use if there is a water leak when the water is turned off. I had to go to Home Depot to get a new delta shower unit. I call Shia Shalom one of the owners of Intact plumber that the technician cracks the plastics piece of my shower unit without transparency. I had to go to Home Depot and spend an additional 65.00 for a new shower unit. The technician waited until I return from Home Depot. Shia said he will a check today to cover the cost of a hew shower head unit. It should not an experienced plumber that long to install new stems and handles. Beware the hidden charges."

"The plumber, Bill was prompt and professional. He was available to do all of the work on the same day as the walk through and estimate. A written estimate was prepared within fifteen minutes of the preliminary inspection. The repairs and replacements took almost all day but it was because it was three different projects throughout the house and he had to get parts. Bill explained exactly what needed to be done for each fixture/ pipe and any options available. The final price was slightly higher than the estimate only because of an unforeseen issue with the fixture manufacturer and it was explained as soon as the problem became apparent to the plumber. Bill was also friendly and wore the appropriate face protection at all times due to the current heath crisis."

"I called Gashi Plumbing at 9 am after noticing water coming out the wall from my kitchen. I said it’s an emergency, he came just in time at 10:30 and explain to me everything. He did the job in less than 1:15 minutes which included some extra surprises after checking the pipes. Daniel was so professional and honest. The price was so fair. I just want to mention that he did not want to charge me on something that was not needed after checking something else in my bathroom. He just explained how it will be fixed by replacing the top piece. I am so happy that my call was answered and definitely keeping him for my future plumbing needs and I recommend him. "

"Amro answered the phone right away and asked if I wanted to schedule the same day or the next day. I scheduled for the next day and Amro arrived on time and completed the repair in record time. The price charged was fair and all charges and repairs were described in depth. I would happily recommend this service provider and will use again when needed."

"Woke up to my water heater spraying water like a fountain—definitely not how you want to start the day. NJ Plumbing and Heating Guys responded within 10 minutes of me reaching out, scheduled a visit right away, and showed up exactly when they said they would. Elvis was efficient, professional, and incredibly helpful. He clearly explained what went wrong and what was needed to fix it, which I really appreciated. "They got back to me, scheduled an appointment and came when they were supposed to. The tech. checked everything and told me he'd have to look up some info and would get back to me with a quote. He was polite and professional although, I wasn't so sure he had worked with a PEX mana-block before. I'll never know because they never got back to me with the quote."

FAQs for faucets, fixtures and pipes repair or replace projects in Little Ferry, NJ

A minor, easily accessible leak can be resolved in about three hours, while a large or hard-to-reach leak may take up to three days. If flooring or cabinets need to be built back, the timeline can run several weeks to cover material deliveries and installation. Every job begins with detection, proceeds to repair, and concludes with restoring your foundation’s strength.

Slab leaks are most common in areas where the ground is in motion, such as those prone to earthquakes or highly expansive soils. In places like California, constant shifting puts stress on foundations and pipes. Stay ahead of trouble by monitoring your water bill, inspecting visible slab edges, and scheduling routine inspections to catch leaks early and maintain your home's safety.

Keep an eye out for damp spots, rising water bills, the sound of running water when taps are off, or staining and sagging along the foundation. Check exposed slab edges during routine walk-arounds and note any uptick in indoor humidity or pest traffic. The moment something looks off, call a pro—fast action protects your slab and wallet.

Most policies cover slab-leak repairs tied to a covered event, such as earthquakes, severe storms, or a fallen tree. They often won’t cover gradual issues, such as root intrusion or corrosion-related pinhole leaks. Every policy is different, so be sure to contact your carrier for the fine print before any problems arise.
