"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Epic Mechanical installed a new heat pump a year ago to replace my old, struggling air conditioner. They did in in good time, even in my cramped attic. The workers were efficient and friendly, and more. Their electrician returned later to add a bigger circuit breaker to make sure it was safe for the potentially added load. After a year, one of their staff returned for a tune up to make sure the new system is ready for the coming summer heat; he came within a day of my call. All around, great service."
