"I was so happy to come across NRG Heating & Air last week. Early heat wave, turned on my hvac and ofcourse it didn't work. Called NRG Heating and Air, not only did they come out through same day, they gave me a price that I simply could not say no to and to my surprise they came and did the work the next day. NRG will have recommendations coming from me forever. Thank you"

"Mr Avery was extremely professional and very informative. He explained the price, which I felt was reasonable and fair. He explained the warranty process. Also informed me on how getting annual maintenance on hvac system extends life expectancy. Will have him out during the winter for a heating inspection"

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"We recently had Mega Power Electric Inc install a solar system and panels. The President and provided excellent communication all the way through the process. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. We are very satisfied with our solar system and I highly recommended Mega Power Electric Inc."

"It was very good, great customer service, he answer all of our question."

"I interviewed six solar companies and got bids from three. Charlie of Landmark construction & energy crew stood out much more above the other companies that I spoke and met with. He is responsive, always returned my calls quickly and he does what he says he is going to do. Charlie came over to my house and met with me before installation, during the installation and after. In addition he worked with his crew at the beginning of installation to make sure everything was perfect with a tricky area of my roofline. Above all of what I wrote above, Charlie and the office staff are very organized people. Charlie was able to provide me with a lot of information about rebates, taxes etc… and Every bit of information I could want related to monitoring my system, working with Landmark construction & energy crew, maximizing the cost benefits, and getting my tax rebate, are all gathered and clearly labelled in a binder. Charlie knew how to explain everything about solar and I could see during our meetings how much patient he have. Charlie didn't have to push anything in order to sell his work to me because his product was the one I wanted, it made sense, and the price was better than others. I can't think of a contractor and I've worked with quite a few once in the past and for this project, I met with several ones as well and Landmark construction & energy crew is more reliable, efficient, and customer-oriented. Thank you, Charlie!"

"Tune up was completed. Robert also replaced a failing capacitor that showed signs of failure (this was suggested to be replaced in the near future - we chose to do it today as it was an original part and was way past due for replacement). Robert also replaced the batteries in our thermostat, and provided info on their service contract plan. We opted to sign up for the service contract at $17.99 per month (2 tune-ups per year), which gave us a discount on the parts replacement (from $170.00 to $120.00). The original estimate for the call was $129.00. Robert was professional, friendly, and punctual. We were very satisfied with the service and look forward to working with him and supporting his family owned business in the coming years!"

"My sister recommended them. It went very well. They were very efficient. They showed me everything they were doing. They were fast and friendly. They were courteous. The price was very reasonable."
