"Tom came to our house and we went over options. Because the area was relatively small and simple, we were not charged an architect's fee which I believe would have gone toward the project anyway. Tom let us borrow a brochure/catalog and even dropped off sample pavers we wanted to use. Tom was very helpful and very responsive to our questions and phone calls. The workers were nice and accommodating. There was an unanticipated problem in not being able to get the compactor behind the gas meter and heat pump. We ended up with a satisfactory workaround by using river rock in those small areas. The finished product was better than my wife and I had hoped. Because of the time of the year, Tom said he put us on the Spring schedule for turf repair which was caused by a Bobcat, etc. during excavation. We are very happy with our experience. I did give them an A on price although we did not get other estimates."
