"CMA came out to install two air conditioner units in my home in 2019. About a month ago, I the downstairs unit stopped working. I called them and they came out and told me to change the filters. Of course, that did not work. I called them back and told them that was not the issue, and they gave me a hard time about coming back. When they came back the second time, they found that the fan in the downstairs unit had stopped working. The parts are under warranty, and I paid roughly $400 for labor. Yesterday I called them because my upstairs unit was not working. The woman in the office said that they were booked out 3 weeks. I told her that since I had spent over $10K with them for the units in 2019, I think they need to come back and fix the issue. The woman then stated that the technicians did not want to come back. I nor my husband were rude to any technicians when they came to work on my units. However, my husband is black and I am white, so maybe the problem is that the family owned company are a bunch of racist. I would not use this company unless you enjoy throwing money away and horrible customer service for spending your money."

"I called Air central when our heat went out last week! Wes quickly responded with a phone call to set up an appointment. He came out the next day was on time and professional. He Educated me on the issue and the best Options. He worked me up a estimate while at my residence. We decided to get two other companies to come out and get prices to ensure we got the best price for the best quality. After doing so we decided that we were more impressed with Wes and air central then the other companies. I called Wes and told him we would like to move forward. The next day he brought out a few space heaters to keep us warm until the equipment could be ordered and job done. 4 days later due to equipment shortages they arrived on time in uniform and was nothing but professional. They did my new furnace in one day. The job was so clean and neat. Wes came by went over everything that was done and was so nice. I couldn’t imagine what we would have done with all the help we received from Wes and his guys. I would highly recommend him and his team for anyone’s HVAC needs. Great customer service. Great price. Great guys. Thank you Wes and air central you are my go to guys for anything HVAC related."

The Dickerson Company left and advised that they were call me with the pricing for a new system. I called and got a new quote from another AC company that’s reputable in this area. After the new company came, it was brought to my attention that my AC system was trashed. I called Jim Dickerson and was told that it wasn’t them I received another opinion and this from another reputable company, and this time they took pictures and videos. After looking at the pictures and videos I called Jim Dickerson back and was told again that they didn’t do it. I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of because I’m a single black female living alone! I need a lawyer ASAP."
