"Pros: He came out the next day as promised and located the water line leak. He dug down and exposed the leak and the tree root causing it. He cut the root away from the line and turned out water off to save us water and money. All done professionally and cordially. Cons: He arrived very late in the afternoon and didn’t have the right size pipe (1 in diameter) to make the repair so I had to have another repairman come out the next day and finish the job."

"I thought that Scott and his team did a great job for me. I had a broken sewer line that was cut by the gas company when my house was first built. It took years for the line to become clogged by roots. They pushed through the clog with a lot of time and effort and verified the rest of the sewer line was fine with the camera. They arrived on time and updated me on the progress with pictures. Scott either answered his phone when I called or quickly responded to my voice mail within a few hours. I will use them again for interior plumbing work."

"Jay from rooter pro did an excellent relieving me and my family from dealing with a clogged kitchen sink drain. The price was fair and he was extremely personable and professional. Would 100% use this company again and highly recommend them."

"We here using way to much water.  They were timely, knowledgeable and fixed several problems.  Have used in the past to replace two toilets and got the same service then.  Highly recommend.

"They did a great job, no leakeage as of now. New Main line intall."

"Scot and Kyle were the plumbers that came to fix my toilet and give a recommendation on whether I needed an air pressure overload valve on my water heater that another plumber had suggested that I might need. Scot said that I did not need the valve which saved me $250 right away. As for the clogged toilet pipe, Scot would not stop working on it until it was completely clear of any gunk in the pipe which I could verify by the camera he had in the drain pipe. Excellent job."

"Excellent The tech showed up on time. Assessed the problem and performed the work flawlwssly. The unit had to be drained and replaced. The mechanic was neat and friendly. He explained the issue clearly and worked quickly"

"First, Narci came out on a Sunday night for what we thought was a simple clogged bathtub drain. He determined that it wasnâ t the drain but rather an old cast iron pipe that was clogged. He couldnâ t fix it that evening, but he didnâ t charge me anything for the visit. He quoted a range for the entire repair. He came back a couple of days later and not only replaced the section of cast iron pipe, but he replaced the bathtubâ s old drain pipes as well. The final bill was at the low end of the range he quoted. I will definitely use Narci again."
