"We highly recommend Tidal Wave Response! Johnny came out late last night to assess a failed water heater that flooded our finished basement. He coordinated with Mr. Rooter Plumbing to have a plumber dispatched at 11:45PM who confirmed the water was shut off and put some emergency repairs in place to ensure no further damage would occur. This morning at 7:10 AM (20 minutes earlier than expected) the Tidal Wave Response team was on site at our house. They assessed the damage, and assisted us in contacting our home owners insurance company to create our insurance claim. They preformed the tear out of water damaged materials, setup the ventilation equipment and treated the water damaged area to prevent contaminations. All oft his work was completed within 3 hours. Mr. Rooter was pulling in just as the Tidal Wave Response crew was pulling out. The water heater was replaced within 2 hours and we have our water services fully restored. We are completely satisfied with professionalism of Tidal Wave Response. The crew will return in two days to reassess the areas and begin working on the restorations. Tidal Wave Response delivers as promised."
