" Update from 20 Jan 2026: I`ve been a repeat customer of Keep Smiling Plumber, Electrical, Heating and Cooling in the past for several home-related repairs. After having an unfortunate experience with Keep Smiling PEHC during my most recent service, I had some misgivings about the company and whether I would return as a customer. In regards to their customer service, everyone that I`ve engaged with (technicians, onsite supervisor, receptionist) has always been professional and courteous which goes a long way with me. The issue that I had was technical in nature and left me with some dissatisfaction regarding the quality of work. After speaking with leadership of this organization Mr. Powell and Ms. Amy ,I believe that they hold the highest standards and expectations for their employees and ensure that any work-related issues are duly addressed/resolved. I can sincerely say that they have regained my confidence and trust in contacting them in the future for my future HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing home needs. The manager I spoke with told me that there wasn`t any way the damage of the pump could come from the technician doing a drain and flush of the water heater. He told me that it would cost $1200 to replace the pump on the water heater. After speaking with the manager at Keep Smiling, I called another company which I`ve seen before in the community and spoke with a plumber and explained to him what happened. The technician at the other company told me that the pump could definitely be damaged if the pump was still plugged up and not turned off while the water heater was being drained and flush. I called the manager at Keep Smiling and shared those details with him and he replied that he understands what I`m saying but there was nothing he could do about it. I told him that I don`t have any reason to lie about any of this and felt very frustrated and cheated by the fact that I went in expecting for them to do a maintenance check for $59 for plumbing but ended up spending a $1000 for new. He was personable, professional and friendly. He was able to answer all of my questions and make recommendations. Upon my approval to purchase and have the water heater installed, it was not an all-day process. Daniel had to leave to go and retrieve the agreed upon water heater and when he returned with the water heater and other parts needed for the installation, Daniel was able to install the water heater in a very short time. Price was a bit on the high side for the industry, but compared to the other estimates or recommendations received, I feel the decision to use ALLGOOD PLUMBING was the best decision. "Andy, the certified plumber from Henson Mechanical HVAC & plumbing, was very punctual. I was told to expect a plumber between 8 am until noon, and Andy came at 9:30 am. He was very friendly and got right to work installing a new 40 gallon water heater. The job only took him about two hours. After he completed the work, he showed me how to re-light the pilot light if it ever goes out and explained what he replaced. He also, free of charge, helped me remove an old cartridge from the shower in my master bathroom since my shower had been dripping. I had already bought the new cartridge at a big box store, and he was happy to install it for me. There were no other "catches" to the deal for the new water heater I bought through Angie's List, for which I was very glad. I would highly recommend Henson Mechanical HVAC & Plumbing and would call them again for any plumbing needs. <br />"
