"Todd and Jesse came out to my home, wanted to know my concerns concerning my heating/ac needs. Both did a thorough evalution of my home underneath crawl space, and one day later gave me a solid bid for the work to be performed with the pricing. One week later, installation started. They are totally professional installers, great attitudes, customer service oriented, addressing any concerns along the way. This company stuck to their bid pricing, and did not try to overcharge for anything. They went above and beyond in making sure i was happy. Todd, Jesse and this company is totally awesome to work with, couldnt be happier."

"The service was excellent! They arrived to pick up the vehicle a day earlier which was great. They delivered the vehicle right to my daughter's door and found a side street to unload. The service was delivered within the time frame given. All of my questions were answered via phone or email and the paperwork was seamless and the price was very reasonable."

"The crew did a great job installing 125' of vinyl fence and gate.  They navigated around thick shrubs and trees while maintaining a level, straight line. They did it in a timely manner and minimized messing up the yard.  Although vinyl fencing is expensive, pricing seemed very competitive with other bids secured. The crew chief was personable and attentive to our needs.  We really couldn't ask for a better experience.  Certainly would use their services again and highly recommend to others."

"Hopper's remodeled my bathroom in June 2013.  He replaced a fiberglass shower stall with a tile one, removed an old compressed wood vanity and formica top and replaced it with a wooden vanity and marble countertop.  He also removed the old medicine chest and replaced it with a very nice wooden one.  As with all remodeling projects, there were surprises.  When he tore out the fiberglass shower, he discovered that all the wood underneath was rotted.  That had to be replaced first.  Nate takes setbacks like this in stride, and perseveres until the job is done right.  He even met me at Home Depot to help me pick out tile and vanities and faucets.  At every step of the way he asked me my opinion about different things.  I am very tall, and  he took great care to make sure that the shower stall hardware and vanity height were customized just right for me.  He raised the vanity about 2 inches off the floor so it would be high enough for me.  I was also very pleased with the artistic license I allowed him to take in designing tile patterns and selecting colors and designs both in the shower stall as well as on the floor in front of the shower.  After everything had been finished, he textured and repainted the entire bathroom.  What a perfectionist!  I love my bathroom! <br />"

"They were recommended by Sears to remove an old Jenn Air stove and <br /> replace it with a new Jenn Air stove. We have an old house and there is <br /> no way to install an overhead fan/vent for a stove, and the old stove <br /> was installed in the early 1970s. So we had no other replacement <br /> choices. In short, due to a wide variety of problems related to the <br /> prior installation being done wrong, differing counter top heights on <br /> either side of the new drop-in stove (old one was free standing), <br /> sloping floor, and new stove design affecting installation, there were <br /> multiple problems. It took far longer than anticipated to get the new <br /> stove in place; and , in spite of many efforts (they have installed <br /> several hundred stoves for Sears) it just wasn't right. They agreed to <br /> return to make some changes to get it right. We ordered another part <br /> and they returned to install if and came up with a solution to improve <br /> the installation which meant a customized solution - and they developed a customized solution, came back <br /> and reinstalled the stove. And it looks great. <br />"

FAQs for thermostat installation and replacement projects in Lolo, MT

Smart thermostats may be worth it for many homeowners. They come with various features, including voice control and smartphone apps. Vacation mode can help lower energy usage when you’re out of town for an extended period. Alert warnings let you know about major spikes or drops in temperature. Smartphone apps can track energy usage, and smart thermostats can learn your routine over time to adjust your temperature and reduce wasted energy consumption automatically.

You typically do not need more than one smart thermostat. While it’s common to see multiple mechanical thermostats throughout a large home, multiple smart thermostats may try to override each other. This can lead to problems with the HVAC system. Ensure the unit you buy has the option for dual- or multi-zoned systems to avoid compatibility issues.

Installing a programmable or smart thermostat may save you $180 per year in utility costs. A big part of this comes from a smart thermostat’s ability to learn and adapt to your regular routines. With smartphone apps or web-based interfaces, you also have the option to control your thermostat when you’re not home.
