You know how that feeling goes when you think its one price, and then at the last minute it wasn't going to be that? Horrible feeling. I knocked off one star for that, besides the price, everything else was great."

He checked with co-workers to see if they had the part (since he did not have it in his truck), met with one (instead of returning to the office and spending more time), quickly installed the part, and performed the annual maintenance.
