"AAA construction is the contractor we hired to remodel our house. Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, essentially the entire interior of the home. From day one, until we moved in and even until recently when a small adjustment needed to be made, their professionalism, attention to detail and talents as contractors were second to none. We met with many contractors before we sat down with John to discuss our plans and before Dustin came to our house to start the remodel. I can honestly say that we were lucky in hiring them. These days it is difficult to find a skilled much less honest contractor to perform even simple jobs. When you add the knowledge and experience they have I believe it would be very difficult to match. Their work ethic is what some of us would refer to as old school. "Honest company and excellent professionals. We were doing some remodeling in our house and left the floors for last because we didn't know if we were going to change or just repair them. We started calling companies to get their opinions and see the prices until we found these guys. When they came to the estimate, they were explicit and very correct. They gave us a bunch of ideas of how to address the problem with the floors without having to spend too much money. To make the story short, they did a refinishing and the floors look brand new. We didn't believe it when we got back to the house. We went on vacation during that week of work, so we didn't have to worry about anything. Hector and his dad took care of everything. By the time we came back the house was ready to receive visitors. And then, my wife decided that she wanted to install wood in the ceiling. At that time Hector helped us find the right wood and took the job without hesitation. We appreciated this very much because they were fully booked for those days and he accommodated us and did a wonderful job. The level of craftsmanship and quality of Martinez is unique. We love our wood floors but the ceiling is simply fantastic. We are very please with the experience with this company. "Our old unit quit working and the cost to repair was not worth reviving the antique we had.  We contacted Keys Mechanical and asked for a quote to replace the compressor unit and Jedi one of the principals informed us he would be right over to look at the situation.  He showed up an hour later and after a review of the equipment and layout returned to his office.  He called us in about an hour with the quote for a system to match the manufacturer of the air handler unit for system optimization, something the other vendors did not do.  The price was competitive with the other quotes and we gave him the job especially since he said he could get the new unit and install it the next day.  His crew showed up the next morning for installation.  All members of the crew were very professional and took care to not damage any part of the condo.  To complicate matters movers were also unloading furniture and personal belongings to the condo at the same time and were able to avoid any interference with the moving crew.  The job was completed in a workmanlike manner and to our satisfaction, especially when the AC was working again!

"Brandon Bing and Steve Lorenz are owner-operators and I found both of them to be skilled in their trade, honest and hardworking The installation of the water heater and solar panels went well and any bumps were smoothed out. I am initially disappointed in the Solar array's electric impact but I have a few trees that I need to take out and I still need to get my FPL net metering installed. At times I am producing more than what I consume so until I get net metering installed I cannot capitalize on overproduction. These comments are in no way a reflection on All American Solar for their work ethic or products. In fact, the array is expandable so that I can add more panels in the future. The Solar hot water heater is fantastic and has saved me about $60 per month off my electric bill. I would gladly recommend All American Solar for your solar panels or a solar hot water project and I would hire them again."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
