"PipeWorks' Anthony came out to my New Providence home on 3/18/17 and was extremely professional -- quickly diagnosing the issue with the newly installed water heater as being an issue with the water pressure coming into the house being extremely high and the water pressure valve being faulty. He explained to us what the issue was and how the existing pressure (140) was way too high when it really needed to be (60). Anthony was patient because I sorta freaked out at the price. They are a little high but you get what you pay for. After my freak out session we authorized him to do the work. For that price I said that I was going to be his apprentice- first to oversee the work and second to learn. He smiled and said of course. He was patient because I asked all sorts of questions. Ranging from "why are you doing that" to talking shop about motorcycles. He was great and I would welcome him back any time. Extras: * Anthony put paper covers on his shoes before entering the house -- a respectful touch * The service was reasonably high-tech. Anthony used a iPad, allowed me to pay with a credit card."

"Although the electrician was friendly and professional, let me know what needed to be repaired and performed the work well, the price of the job was exorbitant for what was needed, and he did not explain until after the work was performed that part of the charge was an? annual membership? to their Total Care Club. He explained that it actually made the job less expensive overall, but I found it unacceptable that it was not explained upfront. Frankly, if I had not needed the job done as soon as possible, I would definitely have found a local, small electrician to do the job at what would probably have been a much more affordable rate. My error in judgment. Will avoid the large chain-style companies in the future."

When we realized we couldn't fix our issue on our own, he guided us in getting the right parts from our manufacturer for the warranty on our water heater. "Rob was very professional and very prompt in service.  I'm filling the review out on the behalf a co-worker that called me during a time of need.  Her house was under water due to the pipes bursting on the top floor.  I immediately searched Angie's list and came across Easy Flow and spoke to Rob.  He was very professional and empathetic to my co-workers situation.  He indicated that he was currently on a job and that he would head over within the hour.  Upon arrival Rob was very direct and acted fast to stop the leak and fix the faulty pipes.  My co-worker was very impressed of how empathetic that Rob was to her situation.  Rob even offered to come back and help her clean up the mess a day later.
