"Excellent customer service. My Hot water heater busted on Christmas night and i called advanced professional 26th early morning, tech at my home in no time to provide estimate and work was done within next 4-6 hours. Technician name Abe who came to my house for service is one of the best. Very polite, professional and make sure work is done neat and clean. Only one thing i am not happy is i think it was little pricey but since it was urgent service i can't complain."

"I called Tim on Friday evening because we had a small leak in a pipe feeding the softener hoping to get a recommendation for a repair person. We had to shut off the water to the whole house and we were having a party on Sunday. Tim asked me to text him pictures of the problem, and said even though he was booked for Saturday, he would come himself and fix the issue, even though the install was out of my expected coverage. Tim contacted me Saturday morning early, and the repair was done by 9:45 a.m.! That's service beyond my expectations... Tim is focused on his customers for the long haul and remembered me and where I lived on my initial call, great service.I recommend N.M.P. highly."
