"Being a MVP customer was time for Heating/Cooling safety inspections. Kevin Stanley was the HVAC Service Tech assigned to the job. He went over a few issues on our older unit he found during his inspection. I never felt pressured to have the work done and so glad he resolved them on the same day. "Courteous, Professional, and Knowledgeable HVAC Installer - Needed to replace a 25+ year old HVAC system in the coldest months of the year and SwiftPro was the right choice. I live in a condo with a tricky indoor/outdoor HVAC set-up. Tyler worked with me to ensure I had the right system that 'fit' in the area left after removing the old system. Workers were completely professional and knowledgeable during installation and dare I say - courteous. Installation was supposed to be same-day, but one part was unavailable at the time. Tyler and his staff hunted across the local area for the part and even sent an employee out to buy a space heater to spare me from the below-20 degree night. Part came in next day and installation was complete. Very satisfied with the outcome of the project."

"I have been a customer for a very long time and this scheduled maintenance and dryer vent cleaning was done by Cesar. I have to say he is one very thorough technician and I was very pleased with his inspection and vent cleaning. His service was so different than some of the ones I've had before. I even had one inspector tell me he didn't need to check in my attic which houses one of our two units. Let me tell you about Cesar, he even cleaned up behind my dryer for me. This is something that is rare in customer service. I have my HVAC seasonally maintenanced and never had a inspector be as thorough as him. The pictures he took and explained to me and the one problem he found that no other inspector had found in all this time. I tried to spare him from the attic heat for the repair and have him return on another day in the morning but he didn't mind going back in there to fix the problem for us although it was in the dead heat of the day. I just hope the company sees this review and knows what a good technician they have in Cesar."

"Snell installed our new HVAC and we were initially pleased. However, the unit failed a county inspection. When Snell reached out to set up a repair, our window was 10am-2pm. The technician showed up at 4pm without the materials he needed. He promptly left having done nothing, said he would get what he needed and return. We heard nothing."

"I contacted FH Furr because my HVAC ( a Trane XV80) which is less than 5 years old had stopped working. Specifically, the indoor unit would not blow; the compressor worked just fine and was producing cold air. The technician, Jarib Badia, arrived at 10 AM and told me that the unit had a defective blower motor that was likely damaged by a power surge and that Trane would not cover the replacement because it was an Act of God. He then said I needed to spend 3000 dollars on a new motor. I reluctantly agreed to the repair because I needed the HVAC fixed even though the technician’s hypothesis that a power surge caused the damage appeared to lack any evidence. Nevertheless, the technician proceeded to spend 10 HOURS trying to fix the HVAC, even after he replaced the supposedly damaged blower motor. At the end of the day, he admitted that he didn’t have the unit completely fixed but that he was able to get the unit to cycle on low speed. He said he would need additional parts in the AM to completely fix it but that the unit was properly cycling. Nothing could be farther from the truth. After he left at 7:45 PM, I noticed that the HVAC blower motor was not turning off, even when the compressor shut off after the thermostat reached proper temperature. I turned the system to the “off” setting in hopes of getting the blower motor to shut off. This did not work. I now had an HVAC with a constant on blower motor. The only way to shut off the blower motor was to turn off the entire system at the circuit breaker. I immediately called FH Furr to tell them that their technician had totally botched the repair after charging me 3700 dollars and wasting 10 hours of my day. I was told that they could not send a technician until the morning and that a service manager would call me. I have yet to receive that phone call. So I now have an HVAC that is in worse than when the day started and I am out 3700 dollars. I need FH Furr to fix their botched repair or issue a refund."
