That was 8 years ago and since he has replaced 2 different pool pumps and installed a new DE filter. I cannot be happier with the service that he provides. "Absolutely outstanding!!! My pool had cracks and I lost a lot of water, up to 2" a day. I researched several pool companies and most of them wanted to completely rebuild the entire pool, basically build a new pool inside the old one. The cost would have been 80-100K. After a lot of interviews it was clear to me that fiberglass was the only viable alternative to save the existing pool. In my area there were only 2 companies that offered fiberglass and I interviewed them both. Although both companies most likely would have done a similar job and the quotes were very compatible, I decided to go with Absolute, a younger and newer company. It was not a mistake. Absolute was able to do the job right away, which was also very important to me since I didn't want to keep my pool empty at the beginning of the rainy season. Noe and his crew arrived exactly as promised in beautiful clean white overalls. All their tools were state of the art and they wasted no time to open up every single crack and follow the leaks until they got into damage-free territory and no rusty rebars or signs of cracks were found. The cracks were then fixed with high pressure concrete and overlapping sheets of fiberglass. The waterline tiles could be saved and were skillfully covered to prepare for several layers of fiberglass, bonding everything together. The fiberglass was applied with a state-of-the-art machine and the crew worked beautifully together. Without many words everybody knew exactly what to do. It was a joy watching the team performing in their white overalls, looking more like cosmonauts then concrete workers. The construction site was kept immaculate every day, even the demolished concrete was packaged in clean plastic bags and taken off-site. There was never any trash around. My 20 year old glass tiles were sand blasted or glass-pearl blasted and looked like new. There was no mess- up, no false claim, no delay and after only six days the pool looked like new, or better than new. I truly believe, and I got some good guarantees, that the pool was saved and will be good for another 15 years or so and all of that for less than 20K. The surface is extremely easy to clean and will probably use much less chemicals. I have done a lot of construction projects in my life, but this one was one of my best and most impressive experiences I have had. I highly recommend this company. On top of all they are super nice and friendly people to work with. Don't hesitate hiring them if you have similar problems with your pool and have exhausted any other option."

"After many extremely expensive quotations to reinforce my pool (some for $250,000) from other builders and pool construction specialists, Richard and his crew from Aqua Concepts completely repaired my pool for $4800. That was over fifteen years ago and it is still good. Seriously you can't beat that! What clued me in is that Richard teaches people how to build and repair pools!"

"This moving company was amazing! We had three men (Lurii, John, & Serg) help us for three hours. They were extremely fast-working and on top of things. They were also very careful moving furniture around and did not get any scratches or marks anywhere. We will definitely be using them again!

"The work itself went very smoothly.  Renovating my house, I had dealt with every kind of contractor (painting, construction, floors, plumbing, etc ? see my other reviews), and the guys at Crystal Pool & Spa were by far the best and easiest to deal with.  They were the only contractor that actually finished the project by the date that they said they would (not that I really cared since it was February and too cold to swim).  The whole process took about a week and a half.  One day to demolish the old plaster and tile.  One day to set up the baja shelf and shallow deep end.  One day to pour the concrete.  A few days to let the concrete settle, and then one more day each to add the tile and plaster.  All the crew members that came over to the house were polite and professional, and they always made sure to clean up whatever mess they made.  
I want to point out that when I moved into the house, the pool lights were not working.  I just figured they were burnt out since they were so old, and asked CPS to bring two new lights and add it to my bill.  But one of the workers found out that it was just an exterior fuse that need to be fixed, and did it for free.  So give them a big plus for honesty since they could have easily replaced the working lights in order to pad their bill.  
Finally, what matters the most is the finished product.  I have to say that the remodeled pool with the mosaic tile and baja shelf looks absolutely fantastic.  I felt like my pool looked better than many of the fancy hotel pools in Vegas (although on a much smaller scale).  After seeing my new pool, I wished I would have spent a bit more for some of their other products, like PebbleTec They even contacted me after the pool was finished to make sure that everything was great and that I was happy, and also that my pool guy was properly treating the new plaster.  Would absolutely recommend these guys for any kind of pool work."

"I am very pleased and even amazed at the transformation of my back yard. First, I must compliment Jesse, the landscape architect who designed my project. I had very specific "wants and needs" which he incorporated perfectly. The renderings and plans were excellent. The job supervisor, Leo, was very impressive. Even though he was overseeing quite a few other jobs, he never forgot any details or tweeks I wanted in my project. He was always very responsive. It took approximately 3 months to complete my project. I'm sure it would have taken other companies much longer as I saw happening when my neighbors had landscape work done at their homes. Many days there were 5-7 men on my job; they showed up promptly at 7 AM and worked very hard all day. They would also clean up the site at the end of each day. They were very experienced, as evidenced by the great work they did. I am a very particular person, so I closely watched the work being done. Santiago was often on-site and always checked the plans to be sure the job was being built as specified, He also expertly did much of the work himself. My backyard went from having very little useable or functional space to a place where I can easily entertain 50 or more people. When the job was done they did the final TLC, as Leo calls it, and they even washed my lower story windows and patio doors that were bordering the construction site. Final compliments to Jessica the office admin person and Richard the owner of the company. Unfortunately the photos were taken on a cloudy day and don't do the project justice."
